Mark Lynch is an Osteopath, manual therapy educator and Senior Tutor with Bodyworks Manual Medicine. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine, a Diploma in Manipulative Therapy, and additional qualifications in physical therapy, orthopaedic exercise rehabilitation, dry needling and electro-dry needling.
 
Mark has approximately eight years’ experience lecturing at the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM), where he taught across Years 1–4 in subjects including spinal mechanics, clinical and rehabilitative practice, pathophysiology, research principles and exercise prescription.
 
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Mark has extensive clinical experience in musculoskeletal practice, with particular professional interests in spinal mechanics, manual therapy and manipulative techniques.
 
Through his work with Bodyworks Manual Medicine, Mark places strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, the safe and appropriate selection of techniques, practitioner positioning and the development of manipulation skills that clinicians can confidently integrate into everyday practice.

Thoracic & Lumbar Spinal Manipulation Course | Sligo

A practical, hands-on CPD course focused on the assessment, clinical reasoning and safe application of Grade 5/HVLA manipulation techniques for the thoracic and lumbar spine.

Delivered in a small-group environment, the weekend is designed to give practitioners substantial supervised practical time to develop confidence in patient positioning, practitioner mechanics, technique selection and application.
