She is a Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner and Global Teaching Partner, delivering Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner training in Ireland. She works in private practices in Killarney and Tralee.Her clinical and teaching interests focus on integrating scar assessment and treatment into rehabilitation, considering tissue mobility, adhesions, sensitivity and the wider impact of scars on movement and function. |

This 90-minute webinar introduces the assessment and management of Caesarean section scars from a Restore Scar Therapy perspective, with a focus on their relevance to pelvic health physiotherapy.
The session will explore scar healing and maturation, tissue mobility and restriction, sensitivity, safety and clinical reasoning, alongside practical approaches to scar management. Participants will be introduced to Restore Scar Therapy principles and will have the opportunity to follow a practical demonstration of silicone cupping/negative-pressure techniques. The webinar will also include a demonstration of 6D taping and discussion of appropriate self-management strategies.
